Peggy S Skakun

Peggy knows her job perfectly, is great at explaining what needs to be done to get the best price and is a fighter on top of being really a really nice person.

Peggy is simply the best in the business! From the purchase of our new home to the sale of the old one, she is excellent! Her experience shows in how she addresses the market, and communicates. We always felt up to date, and that she was always ready to go check out a property or handle paperwork. She was persistent in communication with others when we needed answers, and just does everything calmly and with kindness. I quite frankly don't know how she does it all, but we sure do appreciate it! Thank you so so much Peggy!!

Working with Peggy Skakun was wonderful. We had worked with her to purchase the house she just sold for us and knew she would be the agent to sell it quickly. Peggy was easy to keep in contact with throughout the whole process and we are very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend Peggy.

From start to finish, Peggy went above and beyond! She effortlessly navigated us through the entire selling process, put worries to rest and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend!

Peggy Skakun did a fabulous job selling our home. From the minute we notified her, she handled all the particulars and kept us informed of all we needed to do. She really listened to our needs and could answer all of our questions. She was with us every step of the way! She made it such a smooth process , our house sold quickly and at the price we wanted it to sell. Thank you Peggy for all the wonderful service and knowledge. Highly recommend her to everyone!

Even after the purchase agreement was signed and our offer accepted, Peggy was available to answer all of those little questions that pop up after. So thankful to have an agent that cared enough to walk us through every detail of the process.

Peggy Skakun is an excellent real estate agent. She takes personal care of her clients and is readily available when we had concerns or questions. She has an excellent knowledge of the real estate business and was most helpful with all of the legal issues that are involved with buying a house. You will be very pleased if you have Peggy Skakun as your real estate agent.

Peggy has helped buy and sell all of my homes for the last 25 years. I will never use any other agents

I was in the position of selling a home and coordinating an estate sale but did not live in town. Peggy made the entire process smooth & efficient from start to finish during a challenging time. The home & property needed attention, including a full clean out. Peggy coordinated the contractor. We needed a quick estate sale, and Peggy found the right team. Everything stayed on schedule under her guidance. When new issues cropped up, she was ready with a solution. When we were able to get the home listed, and it was under contract in 2 weeks very close to list price! She also located the right people to tie up inspectors requests. Because of experience, knowledge, & contacts, we felt very comfortable trusting her judgement. Her kindness was so so appreciated! Highly recommend Peggy!

I have used Peggy for the last 25 years.Peggy has always always gone above and beyond her duties
